ACS courier Shipping

Orders are sent via ACS courier services. Shipments are made within 1-2 business days. Each order is charged with shipping costs which are calculated based on the volume (weight) of the shipped goods and are added to the order (€4.00 up to 3 kilos for each extra kilo + €1.00). There are no shipping costs for orders over €100 to Greece.

Pick up the order from our store, Kleisthenous 36, Kiato. You can pick up the order the following days and times

Monday-Wednesday-Saturday: 10:00-14:00
Tuesday-Thursday-Friday: 10:00-14:00 & 18:00-20:00

Changes to the products, regarding size, color, or design you ordered.

Products must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. The packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.

The return of the products is recommended to be made via ACS.

In case of changing the order, the return and shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The return of products to be accepted must:

• The return must be made within 7 calendar days from the day of receipt.
• The product must not have been used.
• Be packed in its original packaging and be accompanied by all its labels
• The product must be accompanied by the necessary documents proving the transaction, e.g. Retail Receipt

In case you cannot find a product for replacement, there is the option of a credit balance, in this case the product must be returned in compliance with the above conditions and an update must be made by phone at 2742 302755 or via email at info@hangerboutique.gr. No refunds.
